Task for FHG SG
- Maintain and enhance Fullerton Health website through managing security patches, version upgrades, plugin updates, performance optimization, bug fixes, content validation, backup management, and server health monitoring
- Ensure compliance with PDPA, and other regional healthcare data privacy regulations as well as accessibility standards
- Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives including search engine marketing campaigns
- Lead emergency response for system downtime, security incidents, and critical technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for website infrastructure and processes
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement healthcare interface improvements
- Drive continuous website improvements through analytics insights and stakeholder feedback
- Research and implement emerging technologies (AI, AR) to enhance digital engagement and operational efficiency across Group Corporate Communications projects
- Any other duties as assigned
